PDG PROJECT UPDATES
August 2017 | Parkside Development Group, LLC (PDG) is building a 32,000 square foot Class “A” medical office building in Locust Grove, GA. The lead tenant is Takle Eye Group's new ASC and clinical office. Suites are available from 2,500 to 8,000 square feet. The building will be completed in 2018.
July 2017 | Parkside Development Group, LLC (PDG) held a groundbreaking for Newnan Professional Center (NPC), Building B. This project will be a 40,000 square foot Class “A” medical office building located across the street from Piedmont Newnan Hospital and adjacent to NPC, Building A. The building is expected to be completed in the 2nd quarter of 2018 and there is currently space available.
PDG is leading this project in partnership with South-Tree Enterprises, LLC (General Contractor) and Quantum Commercial Real Estate (Leasing Broker). Architectural design for the building was provided by Jefferson Browne Gresham Architects.
July 2017 | The Pediatric Associates of Lawrenceville (PAL) recently held their Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of their new office at 738 Old Norcross Road, Suite 100, Lawrenceville, GA.
Parkside Development Group (PDG) led this project in partnership with South-Tree Enterprises, LLC (General Contractor), Quantum Commercial Real Estate (Leasing Broker), and Jefferson Browne Gresham Architects. The project involved site acquisition, development, and design-build construction of a one-story 17,500 square foot medical office building focused on children’s healthcare. Tenants include: Pediatric Associates of Lawrenceville (PAL), Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Sibley Heart Center, and a Pharmacy.
February 2017 | Parkside Development Group, LLC (PDG) held a groundbreaking ceremony for Paschall Business Center, a 100,000 square foot Class “A” building offering industrial, flex, and retail space. Located at 150 Huddleston Road in Peachtree City, GA, this property has quick access to SR 74 and SR 54. The estimated completion date for the building is October 2017 and there is currently space available.
